Responding to a demand email.

This is not a complaint but an inquiry regarding someone named Mike Gustafson representing himself as working for Trello demanding a removal of an image on my websight claiming copyright infringement. He is requesting me to open a link to see the details. I beleave this is some sort of fishing scam. If infact this person works for your company in a legal capacity. Please respond with a person I can speak with regarding this issue. If he is not representing your company, I would still like a response letting me know to disregard him. Thank you

Received a quick response from Trello regarding my billing issue. The problem was fixed in a timely manner, and I received my money back. However, they did not recognize their error; not offered me and apology.

Reactiving my account

My account had been deactivated, unfortunately, and I don't know why or how this had happened. Trello told me that they emailed me, but they don't, and I had reset my password for two times, but I couldn't log in anymore. My account was an admin account and there wasn't any more admins. Would you help me with reactivating my account? All my organization managed by my Trello account. Please help me.

Phone customer service

Needed to cancel my account and email Support tickets went unanswered and I was charged for a premium product. Used the pissedconsumer number and spoke with a person and resolved my issue :)

User's recommendation: Trello needs a direct support number for billing issues but overall happy with the resolution.

Over Billing by hundreds of dollars!

I had never used the platform, and accidentally added two people to my work space. Trello changed me $430 instead of the $110 I thought I would be paying. When I tried to reach out to customer service there was no phone #, and no response via email.

Invoicing not allowed and login impossible

Hello, I received an invoice and the amount was debited after a trial. I had already send a message saying I would not continue. I tried to login with my email and password, but was confused by login with Atlassian, which was possibly not the same login case, and ended on a encrypted/cryptic page with no mean to login. I tried multiple times but as soon as I type my email I am redirected on the crypted page. As I can't login, I had no possibility to remove my card. As no contact is available through the contact page, I could not request account closure. Please remove the card on account ending 7865 - do not invoice - confirm that it is done. Thanks in advance
